Except with prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, or where applicable law permits, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, sell or otherwise reuse these protected materials, in whole or in substantial part. Attribution alone does not replace any required permission. Do not remove copyright notices or misrepresent authorship.

We do not claim copyright over ordinary public facts, such as building names, addresses, completion years or unit dimensions. Protection of original commentary, illustrations or the selection and arrangement of a compilation does not create ownership of the underlying facts.

Third-party floorplans, photographs, project information and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Publication on CondoGuru does not transfer those rights or grant permission to reuse them.

Reviews and scores express our professional architectural opinion based on the floorplan information available at the time of review.
