WHAT WE’D RETHINK

Long diagonal entrance passage has limited other use.

The entrance foyer provides shoe storage, and a second entrance gives direct access to the upper floor. The long diagonal entrance passage offers little usable space beyond circulation.

The open kitchen and island suit entertaining. A separate service kitchen supports heavier cooking, alongside a large storage room with a back entrance and staff accommodation with its own bathroom and balcony. The spacious dining room is separate from the living area and has windows on all sides. The living room is generous and double-height, with a guest WC near the dining area. The downstairs guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, the main suite combines a bedroom and sitting area with a large walk-in closet and a separate jacuzzi area. The other upstairs bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, while an additional lounge provides shared space.
