ARCHITECT’S VERDICT
SOLID & FUNCTIONAL
The living room is generously sized, but the dining table attached to the kitchen island interrupts circulation. Clearance between the island and kitchen counter is tight, and the bathroom opens directly into the kitchen.
The main bedroom has a comfortable size and layout, although wardrobe space is limited. In its bathroom, the inward-opening door obstructs access to the basin. The second bedroom’s windows sit behind the bed, making them poorly integrated with the furniture arrangement.
