ARCHITECT’S VERDICT
SOLID & FUNCTIONAL
The living room is a comfortable size, but there is no space allocated to a separate dining table; the kitchen island doubles as the dining area. Clearance between the island and kitchen counter is tight.
Guests must pass through the bedroom and walk-in wardrobe to reach the only bathroom, compromising privacy. The bedroom itself is generously sized, but wardrobe storage is limited and the vanity desk is squeezed into an awkward position beside it. The bathroom also feels small and cramped.
