WHAT WE’D RETHINK

Private-lift lobby opens directly into the living room.
Main-bedroom layout does not make the most of the corner window.
Living and dining spaces feel small relative to the overall apartment.

The private-lift entrance opens directly into the living room, leaving the arrival area fully exposed. This arrangement may also be less appealing to those who follow feng shui principles. Folding walls make the entrance difficult to furnish with a bench and shoe storage.

The sofa is not aligned with the television, while the dining table feels small for an apartment of this size. The kitchen is compact and fully exposed to the dining area. A balcony beside the dining space is a welcome feature.

The powder room and second bathroom have workable layouts, and the main bathroom feels more generous and luxurious. The bedrooms enjoy good privacy, but wardrobe provision is limited: the second bedroom’s door obstructs its small closet, and the main bedroom also lacks sufficient storage for this type of apartment. Its furniture layout could make better use of the corner window.
