The separate service area keeps practical functions apart from the living and bedroom spaces. The kitchen provides useful workspace and opens to the dining area, while a separate guest WC protects bedroom privacy. The dining area sits deep within the apartment, and the entrance lacks a defined foyer.
The main bedroom is large, but its irregular shape and angled bed position restrict furniture options. A substantial column interrupts the window area. The main bathroom provides a separate bath and shower. The second bedroom is spacious, with a work desk and closet, and its en-suite bathroom is also generous.
The home office offers flexibility through folding and sliding doors. The balcony extends along the apartment, although much of it is too shallow for substantial outdoor furniture.
