WHAT WE’D RETHINK

Entrance faces the window, which is less favourable for feng shui.
Cramped living area, with the sofa too close to the television.

Rotate the second bed by 90 degrees to improve clearance.

The entrance is well arranged, with a shoe cabinet and storage room. The powder room works well, and the long balcony is a welcome feature. The entrance door faces directly towards the window, which is less favourable from a feng shui perspective. The living area is cramped, with the sofa too close to the television.

The small kitchen could be opened to the dining area. The purpose of the adjoining room is unclear, although it could serve as a home office.

The main bedroom enjoys a corner view and a bathroom with a good size and layout. Its closet is too small for this condo, and changing the bedroom door’s swing could improve the arrangement. Clearance around the second bed is tight. Rotating it by 90 degrees could help, and its bathroom could be made en suite.
