The dining area is spacious, and both the living room and main bedroom enjoy corner views. The space beside the living room could serve as a home office. An additional kitchen door could improve access to the dining area.

The main bathroom is well planned but has no daylight, and the main-bedroom closet is too small for this condo. The second bedroom has tight clearance between the bed and closet and lacks an en-suite bathroom.

There is no dedicated storage space or room for a shoe cabinet at the entrance.
