A private elevator opens into a dedicated foyer with storage, complemented by a further large storage area inside the apartment. The main bedroom is a good size, with a large walk-in closet and a generous bathroom with a separate toilet. The powder room is narrow but usable.

The living room is a good size, although the column beside the television complicates furniture placement. The kitchen is compact, and the dining table accommodates only four people.
