The large enclosed kitchen includes a breakfast table. The living room is spacious, although its furniture arrangement needs improvement. Storage is plentiful, including a generous walk-in closet. A door separates the bedrooms from the living and dining areas, improving privacy.

The main bedroom is adequately sized, and its spacious bathroom includes a separate toilet. Both secondary bedrooms could accommodate king-size beds. The desk in the corridor is poorly positioned, and reversing the swing of the door beside the walk-in closet could improve circulation.

The private elevator is useful, but the entrance is narrow and looks directly towards the dining area. The staff area has no direct access to the apartment. The balcony is narrow.
