The spacious living room has a well-proportioned layout, complemented by a generous dining area. Both the main and secondary kitchens work well, and the powder room and staff area are thoughtfully arranged. The entrance door faces directly towards the window, which is less favourable from a feng shui perspective.

The main bedroom is spacious, and the bedroom on the opposite side of the apartment is also a good size. Shortening the corridor to the right-hand bedrooms would make circulation more efficient. Conflicting door swings at the main-bedroom and bathroom entrance need rethinking.
