WHAT WE’D RETHINK

No entrance foyer; arrival directly into the kitchen.
Compact kitchen with very little preparation space.
Dining area feels like a circulation corridor.
Very small separate WC.
Shared bathing facilities with no private en-suite bathroom.
Second room is too tight, with no space around the single bed.

The generous main bedroom combines a bed and private sitting area with a corner view. Closet provision is good, and window seats offer useful extra seating. The living room is spacious.

The entrance opens directly into a compact kitchen with very little preparation space. The dining area doubles as a circulation route, while the corridor door obstructs the toilet door. The separate WC is very small, and both bedrooms share the bathing facilities.

The second bedroom is cramped, with no clearance around the single bed and only a small closet. Its sliding door allows flexible access but does not resolve the room’s limited space.
