WHAT WE’D RETHINK

Space behind the large column is unusable.
Very tight staff room.
Awkward main-bathroom layout.
Tight clearance beside the third bedroom’s bed.
Small closet in the second bedroom.
Window frame and bathroom wall are not aligned.

A private elevator opens into its own foyer, leading to spacious living and dining areas and a large balcony. The main kitchen is compact, with an additional Thai kitchen and a well-positioned service kitchen. The staff room is very tight.

The main bathroom has an awkward layout, and repositioning the main bed would improve the bedroom arrangement. Clearance beside the third bedroom’s bed is tight; its bathroom is compact but usable. In the second bedroom, the closet is small and the window frame does not align with the bathroom wall. Moving the entrance door could create more space for cabinets.

The recess behind the large column is difficult to use effectively.
