A private elevator opens into its own foyer, and a separate service kitchen keeps support functions apart. The living and dining areas are a good size. The spacious main bedroom enjoys a corner view and a well-planned bathroom. The second bedroom is small but acceptable.

The kitchen is narrow around the island, and the powder-room door opens directly into it. The second-bedroom door faces the dining table. Turning the recess beside this doorway into a cabinet would make better use of the space.
