Dedicated storage is useful, and the air-conditioning compressor is concealed. The living-area furniture arrangement needs improvement: clearance is tight between the kitchen counter and island, and between the island and sofa. Both downstairs bedrooms have tight clearances, and one has a small closet.

The double-height entrance adds little practical value. The space above it would be better used to enlarge the upstairs bedroom, which also has a small closet. The main bathroom looks towards the entrance, and no door separates the main bedroom from the living room.

IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The space above the entrance could potentially be used to enlarge the main bedroom and bathroom. Adding a door to the main bedroom would improve privacy.
