The kitchen is a good size, and the dining area enjoys a corner view. Dedicated storage is useful, and the air-conditioning compressor is concealed. The entrance leaves little room for shoe cabinets.

The upstairs main bedroom is well arranged, and its bathroom has an acceptable layout. The bathroom overlooks the kitchen below.

The downstairs room is too tight for a bedroom. Its corner sliding doors make it better suited to a home office or guest bedroom.
