The spacious living area benefits from a large double-height volume, and the kitchen appears functional. The balcony is a good size, with the air-conditioning compressor concealed. The downstairs powder room is acceptable, but the living room is exposed to the entrance.

Upstairs, the bedroom appears too small, with tight clearance at the foot of the bed and a very narrow approach from the stairs. The closet is undersized. The bathroom is compact but acceptable.
