The living room and main bedroom are spacious, and both bathrooms have acceptable layouts. There is space for a shoe cabinet at the entrance. The balcony works well if the air-conditioning compressor is kept out of sight.

The kitchen is very compact, and the dining area is small. A side wall could conceal the exposed side of the refrigerator. The second room’s corner sliding doors make it better suited to a home office or guest bedroom.
