The living and dining area is spacious, with room for a shoe cabinet at the entrance. The kitchen is compact. The balcony is a welcome feature, provided the air-conditioning compressor is concealed above the ceiling.

The main bedroom is spacious, but its arrangement does not take advantage of the corner view. The main bathroom receives daylight and is adequately sized, although the shower is narrow. The second bedroom is adequately sized, and its door position allows for additional storage.

The television is not aligned with the sofa, and the main-bedroom door opens directly towards the seating area.
