No bedroom door, limiting acoustic privacy.
Only bathroom is downstairs, away from the sleeping floor.

The living room has good proportions and a comfortable television viewing distance. The void above it adds spatial quality, and the kitchen can be enclosed.

Arrival is through the kitchen, without a separate foyer. Kitchen preparation space is limited, and there is only a small dining nook. The very small balcony offers little space for seating. Upstairs, the bed fits, but the bedroom has no direct window and borrows daylight through the void. There is no bedroom door, limiting acoustic privacy, and the only bathroom is downstairs. The vanity desk is tight inside the walk-in closet. Mezzanine headroom needs checking.
