Open loft offers limited acoustic and visual privacy.
Bed against the wall with very tight space around it.
Small closet in a narrow recess offers limited storage.

The double-height living area adds openness to this very small condo. Two-seat dining sits by the window, although there is limited space for entertaining. The tiny kitchen can be enclosed but provides very little preparation space.

There is no entrance foyer, with arrival directly into the kitchen. The very small bathroom is also reached through the kitchen, making guest access awkward. Upstairs, the sleeping loft has no bathroom on the same floor and no direct external window, receiving light across the living void. Its open connection to living limits acoustic and visual privacy. The bed sits against the wall with very tight space around it, while a small closet in a narrow recess provides limited storage.
