The entrance has a foyer, and the kitchen can be enclosed, separating cooking from the living area. The living room receives good daylight and offers a comfortable television viewing distance.

The six-seat dining table is set back from the windows. Both bedrooms have tight passages beside the beds, with a small second-bedroom closet and modest main storage for an 82 sqm condo. The guest bathroom is shared with the second bedroom, and its door is exposed to dining. The long, narrow balcony has limited furnishing depth.
