Bathroom access through the main bedroom compromises guest privacy.
Shallow balcony limits outdoor seating.

The living room receives good daylight and provides a comfortable distance between the television and sofa. The main bathroom is generous for a one-bedroom condo, and the washing machine sits beside the entrance.

There is no entrance foyer, and the very small open kitchen has almost no clear preparation space. The central dining area lacks direct daylight, feels like a corridor and is tight around the chairs. Space around the main bed is limited, with only two small closets. The bedroom door beside the television offers little privacy from living, while bathroom access through the bedroom further compromises privacy when guests visit. The shallow balcony limits outdoor seating.
