WHAT WE’D RETHINK

Entrance corridor uses a lot of space.
Small open kitchen with little continuous preparation space.
Only two dining seats, with the table in the circulation area.
Tight passage along the window side of the main bed.
Guest bathroom access through the main bedroom compromises privacy.

The living room receives good daylight and provides a comfortable television viewing distance. Closet length is good for a one-bedroom condo.

The entrance corridor uses a lot of space, with no shoe cabinet shown. The small open kitchen has little continuous preparation space, and the dining table offers only two seats within the circulation area. The main bedroom has a tight passage along the window side of the bed. The main bathroom occupies a large share of the 41.5 sqm, and guest access through the bedroom compromises privacy.
