The living room provides a comfortable distance between the television and sofa, dining seats four, and the small balcony has space for two chairs. The main bedroom receives good daylight and has a compact en-suite bathroom. The kitchen can be enclosed, and the small entrance area provides space for a shoe cabinet.

Both bedrooms are tight at the foot of the bed and have limited closet space. Kitchen preparation space is limited. The shared bathroom has two access doors with overlapping swings.
