Very small second bedroom with tight clearance at the foot of the bed.
Only one small bathroom shared by both bedrooms.

The compact living room provides a comfortable distance between the television and sofa. The main bedroom is an adequate size, and the small balcony has space for two seats. The kitchen can be enclosed for useful separation, while the shared bathroom has guest access from living.
