Four-seat dining beside the window receives good natural light. The small balcony has space for two chairs, and the kitchen can be enclosed to contain cooking smells.

There is not enough space for both the sofa and dining table. Entrance is through the kitchen without a foyer, and the long aisle uses valuable floor space. The main bedroom has limited closet storage, and the bed layout ignores its corner window. The second bedroom is shown with a single bed and a compact closet. Both bedrooms share one small bathroom.
