The living room provides a comfortable distance between the television and sofa. Four-seat dining sits beside a window, and the balcony accommodates a small table and two seats. The kitchen can be enclosed. The second bedroom includes a single bed and a work desk.

Entrance is through the kitchen without a separate foyer, and kitchen worktop and storage are compact. The living room has only a small two-seat sofa, with insufficient clearance between it and the dining table. Placing the dining table against the wall limits flexibility. The main bedroom is tight around the double bed, its layout ignores the corner window, and hanging space is limited. The second bedroom has little room for a larger bed. Both bedrooms share one bathroom.
