The living room has a good television-to-sofa distance. The main bedroom enjoys a nice corner view and good closet provision, although space for bedside tables is tight.

Dining is squeezed beside the sofa, with limited separation between uses. There is no entrance foyer or shoe storage shown. The kitchen is small for a two-bedroom condo and has limited continuous preparation space. A relatively long internal corridor connects the rooms.
