The entrance provides a good amount of space, and the living and dining area is a good size. The kitchen is small, and the island could be extended. The balcony would benefit from a better shape.

The main bedroom has a corner view and a well-planned bathroom, but clearance around the bed is tight. The bedroom entrance also gives a direct view of the bed.

Both secondary bedrooms are too tight. In the middle bedroom, the bed and closet arrangement is not usable with the clearances shown. The bathroom beside the left-hand bedroom is also small.
