WHAT WE’D RETHINK
- Dining area has little spatial quality.
- Very small kitchen.
- Tight clearance around the main bed.
- Very small second bedroom.
The living room enjoys a corner view, and the balcony is a good feature. The dining area has little spatial quality, however, and the kitchen is very small.
The main bedroom has a good-sized walk-in closet and a well-planned bathroom. The daybed is a nice idea, although clearance around the bed is tight.
The second bedroom seems very small, with tight space around the bed and an undersized closet. Its bathroom has an acceptable layout with two doors.
