PHROM PHONG · FLOORPLAN REVIEW
FYNN Sukhumvit 31 — Type 1BR
Phrom Phong · 36 sqm · 1 Bedrooms · 1 Bathrooms
WHAT WORKS
- Workable bathroom with a clever door arrangement.
WHAT WE’D RETHINK
- Two sofas but only a small dining table.
- Dining seats sit in front of two doors.
- Very small kitchen.
- Glass wall and sliding-door arrangement seems impractical.
- Tight bed clearance.
The bathroom is acceptable, with a clever door arrangement. The rest of the layout is less convincing: there are two sofas, but only a small dining table, with seats positioned in front of two doors. The kitchen is very small.
The glass wall and sliding-door arrangement between the bedroom and living area does not seem very functional. Clearance beside the bed is tight, and removing the vanity desk could make the bedroom work better.
