Staff accommodation with its own bathroom has useful separate service access. An extra room with a pantry provides flexible space for work or family use.

The spacious living and dining areas receive plenty of daylight from corner glazing. A column helps define the two spaces, and the large dining table has a view. The balcony has a long frontage. The main suite has a separate walk-in closet and a generous main bathroom.
