The private elevator lobby leads to an entrance foyer with shoe storage. The open island kitchen is complemented by a separate wet kitchen. A separate staff room and bathroom have the service kitchen and laundry nearby. The spacious living room opens onto the balcony.

The main bedroom is spacious and has its own sitting area. A large walk-in closet provides generous storage on both sides, and the generous main bathroom has a double basin. Both secondary bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and work desks, although their closets are relatively modest.

The long internal corridor takes up substantial floor area for circulation. Dining sits centrally, distant from windows. The long, narrow balcony has limited space for larger furniture.
