WHAT WE’D RETHINK

Dining is central and set back from windows.
Both bedroom doors provide little privacy from living and dining.
Second-bedroom closet is too small.
No separate main walk-in closet.

The guest toilet is near the arrival area and well away from dining. Laundry is tucked beside the kitchen. The open island kitchen provides good preparation space and storage, with cooking open to dining. The living room is spacious and has a comfortable television viewing distance. The wide but shallow balcony has room for small seating.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is a good size with a long closet run, although there is no separate walk-in closet. The generous main bathroom receives plenty of daylight. The second bedroom has a regular shape, but its closet is too small.

The entrance foyer has no space for shoe cabinets. Dining sits centrally, set back from windows. Both bedroom doors provide little privacy from the living and dining room.
