A separate guest toilet lets visitors avoid the bedroom bathrooms, while a separate laundry area provides useful service space beside the kitchen. The kitchen offers good worktops and a breakfast counter, open to the living and dining areas. The spacious living room has broad glazing and plenty of daylight.

The main suite’s separate sitting area is a useful retreat. Its generous walk-in closet leads through to the main bathroom. The second bedroom has only a queen-size bed, yet bedside space is tight and the closet is small. Dining sits in the centre, distant from windows. The long, narrow balcony has limited depth for furniture.
