The stairs lead to a private upper level dedicated to the main suite. Its generous bathroom occupies a large share of the floor, with closets along the passage and a separate lounge and bar. This level overlooks the garden below and has no terrace of its own.

Downstairs, the living room enjoys generous window frontage. A round dining table allows easy movement around it, and the open island kitchen and breakfast bar provide useful workspace. The large terrace includes a jacuzzi.

The additional room has no en-suite bathroom and is better suited to a home office or guest bedroom. Entrance storage, a separate laundry and utility room, and staff accommodation with its own bathroom support everyday practical needs.
