WHAT WORKS

Main bathroom has a good size and layout.

WHAT WE’D RETHINK

Small kitchen and no entrance shoe storage.
No space for a separate dining table.
Second bedroom is too tight for comfortable use with a queen-size bed.

The kitchen is small, and the entrance has no provision for a shoe cabinet. A bar counter attached to the kitchen provides seating, but there is no space allocated to a separate dining table.

Reversing the second bathroom’s arrangement could allow the second bedroom to be enlarged. As drawn, that bedroom barely accommodates a queen-size bed and offers very little usable clearance.

The main bathroom has a good size and layout. In the main bedroom, however, the bed is squeezed into the available space, and the additional television wall seems unnecessary. Rotating the bed could create a more comfortable arrangement.
