Much of the centre is circulation, leaving limited shared space for 170 sqm.
No separate foyer, with arrival into dining and circulation.
Only four dining seats for three bedrooms, with the table directly at the entrance.
Very small kitchenette for 170 sqm with minimal continuous preparation space.
Modest living-room size for the total area.
Sofa sits in front of windows and would be better turned 90 degrees.
Left twin bedroom has very little closet space.
No separate guest toilet, with visitors using a bedroom bathroom.

The main bedroom has generous sleeping space with separate sitting and work corners. The right-hand twin suite also provides large sleeping and sitting areas, with a back entrance door.

Much of the centre is circulation, leaving limited shared space for the total area. There is no separate entrance foyer, with arrival into dining and circulation. The dining table sits directly at the entrance and provides only four seats for three bedrooms. The kitchenette is very small for 170 sqm and offers minimal continuous preparation space. The living room is modest for the apartment's size, and turning the sofa 90 degrees would improve its position in front of the windows. The left twin bedroom has very little closet space. There is no separate guest toilet, so visitors use a bedroom bathroom. A large share of space is concentrated in the right twin suite.
