The spacious main bedroom includes a seating corner, while the walk-in closet provides useful storage and a vanity. The main bathroom is large. Bright corner glazing brings daylight into living, and the shared bathroom is accessible from the living area.

Arrival opens into living and kitchen space without a foyer. The very small open kitchen has minimal preparation space, and the four-seat dining area is compact and close to it. The angled living-room shape limits furniture options. A sliding partition connects the second bedroom to living, limiting acoustic privacy. The main bathroom has no natural light.
