Very small second bedroom accommodates only a single bed.
No separate guest toilet, with visitors using a bedroom bathroom.

The spacious living and dining area receives good daylight and accommodates a four-seat table. The main bedroom is adequate rather than generous, with a work corner and a long run of closet storage. The main bathroom receives daylight, and a separate laundry cupboard sits beside the entrance.

The entrance foyer has no space for a shoe cabinet. The open kitchen is small for a two-bedroom condo, and a long corridor leads to the main bedroom. The very small second bedroom accommodates only a single bed and has modest closet provision. There is no separate guest toilet, so visitors use a bedroom bathroom. The tapered balcony has less usable depth at its narrow end.
