The entrance area has space for a shoe cabinet. The enclosed kitchen contains cooking smells, although clear preparation space is limited. The main bedroom has useful L-shaped closet storage and a work desk by the window, but its angled shape limits furniture flexibility. The main bathroom is a good size, with the bathtub beside the façade.

The living and dining furniture layout does not work well, with dining positioned between the sofa and television. The narrow, tapered balcony offers limited outdoor seating. The second bedroom has a regular shape but no space for a desk and only a small closet. The shared bathroom opens from the living area, and the second bedroom has no en-suite bathroom.
