The spacious living and dining room receives plenty of natural light, and the living room has a comfortable television-to-sofa distance. The U-shaped kitchen provides good worktop space and opens to the living area. Four-seat dining beside the kitchen offers a good serving connection.

The main bedroom is spacious with good clearance around the bed, but the closet is modest for a 67 sqm condo. The only bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, compromising privacy when guests visit. The large entrance area has little built-in shoe storage shown. The long, narrow balcony provides limited space for seating.
