ON NUT · FLOORPLAN REVIEW
ASPIRE On Nut — Type E1
On Nut · 53 sqm · 2 Bedrooms · 2 Bathrooms
WHAT WORKS
- Very compact but usable living and dining area.
WHAT WE’D RETHINK
- Dining chairs sit in the circulation route.
- Tight clearances around both beds.
- Main bedroom does not make good use of the corner window.
- Very compact bathrooms.
The living and dining area is very compact but usable, although the dining chairs sit in the circulation route. Swapping the kitchen and the bathroom near the entrance could improve the flow.
Both bedrooms have tight clearances around the beds. The smaller bedroom lacks sufficient space beside the window, while the main bedroom does not make good use of its corner window. The bathroom between the bedrooms is very compact.
