ON NUT · FLOORPLAN REVIEW
ASPIRE On Nut — Type D1
On Nut · 35 sqm · 1 Bedrooms · 1 Bathrooms
WHAT WORKS
- Nice home office.
WHAT WE’D RETHINK
- Living and dining areas are too small.
- Separation doors reduce flexibility and usability.
- Very small kitchen and bathroom.
- Tight bed clearance and small closet.
- Air-conditioning compressors block the view.
The home office is a nice feature, but the living and dining areas are too small. The separation doors reduce flexibility and usability, while the kitchen and bathroom are both very small.
The bedroom has tight clearance around the bed and a small closet. The air-conditioning compressors block the view from the balcony; moving them to the side wall would improve this arrangement.
