The bedroom is a good size, and the living area is adequately proportioned. The kitchen is very small, with no dedicated entrance area. In a condo this compact, the wall separating the kitchen from the living and dining area restricts how the space can be used.

The bathroom’s two doors conflict with each other and take up useful wall space. The bedroom desk and wardrobe also compete for space, making the furniture arrangement less practical.
