The functional kitchen can be enclosed. The home office is a good size for work but would struggle to accommodate a guest bed. The entrance beside the dining area provides useful space for shoe storage.

The dining area sits centrally, away from the windows. The shared bathroom opens off the passage, and the second bedroom has no en-suite bathroom. The main bathtub opens to the bedroom, limiting privacy.
