The island kitchen provides useful workspace and breakfast seating, supported by a separate utility room for additional work and storage. A spacious six-seat dining area connects openly to the kitchen and living room. The living room offers a comfortable television viewing distance, and the usable balcony opens off the dining area.

The main bedroom is a good size and sits apart from the second bedroom. Its bathroom has daylight beside the bath. Reversing the bathroom layout could bring its door closer to the bed and farther from the bedroom entrance.

The entrance opens into the kitchen without a clearly defined arrival space. The second bedroom is small relative to the main bedroom, with little room for a desk. Its door beside the television limits privacy from the living room. The shared bathroom door is also exposed to the living area, and the second bedroom has no en-suite bathroom.
