The kitchen is compact for a 70 sqm condo, with limited preparation space. The dining table is attached to the island, leaving a tight dining area set back from the windows. Closet storage is insufficient, and the walk-in closet has a narrow access aisle.

The bathtub opens to the main bedroom, limiting privacy. With no separate guest WC, visitors must pass through the bedroom and walk-in closet to reach the bathroom.
